Q: How much does this cost
A: Investments range. Couple thousand dollars to a couple million. Every gifting program is customized and built for the long term. From outfitting an entire kitchen, building a set over time, to a single piece to begin. For every six and seven figure partnerships there will be in person connections
Q: Can we make multiple payments
A: Payment flexibility is based on the proposed partnership
Q: What does the Forever Guarantee mean
A: Exactly that. Sharpening, repairs, and replacements are free for the life of the product. Some shipping costs may apply, or costs in cases of misuse — never a cost to your company. Very few truly offer this; we're proud to.
Q: How does the tax write-off work
A: Standard gifts are usually subject to a deduction limit. Because each piece is engraved with your brand, it's generally treated as an advertising expense instead. We're not tax professionals — please confirm details with your tax advisor.
Q: Can I customize the gifts
A: Absolutely. Custom message, your logo, or both — there are many ways to personalize.
Q: How does shipping work
Very accommodating. Typically gifts are sent to you to personally share with your people. Or delivered to everyone individually by our team. There can also be a reserve for you to keep and share in the future. Turnaround time is a couple weeks. Expedited is always available
Q: Can we wait until the end of the year
We love the art of surprise gifting. Our company operates through mid November. Because of the traditional rush and scramble at the end of the year, we avoid it all to create the best experience for everyone
